Pricing

You pay for the platform you actually switch on.

Every account includes the Core OS. On top of that you activate the apps your business needs, and implementation and support are quoted for the work they involve. Nothing is bundled in to pad a tier.

The model

Four parts, priced separately.

Keeping them apart is deliberate. It means you can see what the software costs, what the work of getting it running costs, and change one without the other.

Always included

Core OS

The shared foundation every account starts with — structure, people, master data, workflow and audit.

What is in it

You choose

Selected apps

Sales, inventory, trade, dispatch, logistics, finance and the rest. You are charged for what is switched on.

Browse the apps

One-off

Implementation

Configuration, master data import and clean-up, integrations and training. Quoted against the scope, not a percentage of the licence.

Ongoing

Support

Response times matched to how the business runs. Daily dispatch and monthly close are not the same requirement.

Tiers

Four starting points.

Tiers differ by which apps come switched on, not by how much of the platform you are allowed to touch. The Core OS is the same in all four.

Talk to us

A tier is a starting point, not a ceiling. Any app in the catalogue can be added to any tier.

What we ask about

Five things decide the quote.

Worth knowing before the call, because they are the questions we will be asking.

Which apps you switch on

The largest single factor. A business running sales and inventory is not paying for trade documentation it never opens.

How many people use it

Counted as the people who need an account, not every employee in the business.

Companies, branches and warehouses

Scope in the Core OS. Two companies under one group is a different shape from one company with two branches.

What has to be integrated

An existing accounting system, a storefront, a payment gateway or a carrier each add work to implementation.

The state of your master data

Importing a clean item list is quick. Reconciling four versions of a customer list is the part worth budgeting for.

And what we do not charge for

The Core OS is in every tier at every size. You are never quoted separately for the foundation the apps run on.

FAQ

Questions about pricing.

Why is there no price on this page?

Because the number would be wrong for most of the businesses reading it. What OrbitWix costs depends on which apps you activate, how many companies and branches you run, how many people use it and what has to be integrated or migrated. We would rather quote against your requirement than publish a figure you have to discount in your head.

What is included in every tier?

The Core OS: organizations, companies and branches, users, teams, roles and permissions, customers, suppliers, items and warehouses, workflow and approvals, documents, activity history, notifications, audit and configuration. Tiers differ in which apps sit on top of it.

Can we move up a tier later?

Yes, and it is the expected path. Moving from Growth to Business means activating more apps against data that is already in the Core OS, so it is a configuration change rather than a second implementation.

Is implementation included in the subscription?

No. Implementation is quoted separately, because it varies more than the software does. It covers configuring your companies, branches, roles and workflows, importing and cleaning master data, connecting integrations and training your team.

How is support handled?

Support is agreed as part of the proposal, with the response times your operation actually needs. A business dispatching daily has a different requirement from one closing books monthly, and the agreement should say so.

Have a different question? Talk to us.

Tell us how you operate. We will price it.

A short conversation about your companies, apps and data is usually enough for a proposal you can act on.
